PRODUCTION

The company Europrom was established in 1997, when it also launched its fish processing facilities, which meet the highest quality and safety standards. The company has a strong position in the Russian food processing sector.

Only one product – Tzar Caviar – is produced in the factory shown. Tzar Caviar is a substitute for sturgeon caviar, which is made from ocean fish fillet.

In 2004, the factory was expanded and the most modern machinery was installed. Production takes place according to European HACCP standards (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
